What are the best aspects of this product? - If you have a multi-store setup, its basically impossible to bulk manage your products without Magento Store Manager. We also use the product to import and export products from Magento which again, is another activity you cannot do without this solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better? - It's a desktop-based app, but thats for a reason. Sure it would great if it were a saas type solution, but then you deal with all sorts of potential security issues, so the desktop app is probably the only way to go.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product? - I've not come across any specific task that I could not complete in this solution.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? - The ability to bulk manage products. We have over 8000 SKUs, so using a tool like this is imperative.
Are you a current user of this product? - Yes
What do you like best? - The best thing I like about this product is the fact that this is a desktop application. The UI for the application is simple and usable hence operations are hassle-free. One imp feature that i like the most is the ability to add products by importing a wide range of file types and also I can edit the products on the go.
What do you dislike? - This product is missing integration with Zoho Books. This is not a string point to dislike as I think this will come into a small audience only. Since my accounts were managed using Zoho books I really missed this feature.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? - The Magento web admin panel UI is very complicated and it will take months to get used to it. Also, the functionality is limited to some extend and we need to rely on extensions for any additional feature required. But in the Magento store manager, the UI is simple and intuitive. Also, there are a lot of additional features that are available without the use of plugins.
What do you like best? - It enhances the capability of the Magento store as its offers almost everything related to the eCommerce store like from catalog management to order management

What do you dislike? -As per my experience, it requires the basic technical & fundamental knowledge to set up the Magento store with different platforms like amazon, etc. You must have to technical knowledge for import & export products.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? - I have solved to focus on a targeted audience for my products on various platforms like to sell products on amazon. Apart from that, it gives you functionality like to bulk import, export, so you don't need to make more efforts if you have large database

What is Primary License and Additional License?
Primary License is issued to allow using Store Manager for Magento on one computer only. Additional License is issued for the application to be used on an additional computer upon receiving the Primary License.

What are the limitations of an Additional license?
Additional license cannot be used without having at least one Primary license under the same account. When purchasing an Additional License, use the same e-mail address that was used for the Primary License to make it working correctly. If you order the only Additional license without the Primary license, it will not work, and you will need to order one more Primary license.
What is the difference between Standard, Professional and Adobe Commerce (Magento Enterprise) Editions of Store Manager for Magento?
Store Manager for Magento is divided into three versions: Standard, Professional and Adobe Commerce (Magento Enterprise). The version that is right for you depends on your budget, store size and typical management tasks.
The Standard edition is slightly limited and suitable for small stores and basic inventory management routines. You can install software at one computer and manage up to one Magento store using this version of Store Manager.
The Professional Edition is suitable for all owners of stores based on Magento Community (Open Source) Edition. It has basic Store Diagnostics allowing to find issues related to product images and "invisible" products. Professional Edition includes one Additional license, so by purchasing this version you get two licenses at once and therefore can install and use software on two computers. The number of stores that can be managed by the Professional Edition is not limited.
The Adobe Commerce (Magento Enterprise) Edition supports unique Adobe Commerce (Magento Enterprise) features such as Gift Cards, Gift Registry, Store Credits and Reward Points as well as number of complex marketing reports and extended Store Diagnostics allowing you to find number of typical inventory issues. Adobe Commerce (Magento Enterprise) Edition contains four licenses in one bundle.

What does "Free Support and Update Service 12 months" mean?
Support and Update Service allows you to download new versions of Store Manager within 12 months starting from the initial order date. When the update expires you still can use your current version of Store Manager, however, you will not be able to download and install new versions and no support will be provided. When your support and update service is expired you can prolong it for 12, 24 or 36 months or you can proceed using the version you have with no additional fee and free support.
How Store Manager addons license can be used?
Each addon license can be used on one PC only (Same as Store Manager license). In most cases you need only one license to run tasks automatically (using one PC only). We do not recommend to run most Addons on multiple PCs to avoid issues with synchronization.
